Tottenham Hotspur have shown interest and are targeting a move for Lecce’s Danish left-back Patrick Dorgu, who is being watch by a number of clubs.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, a football transfer guru, has report that Dorku is want by Tottenham Hotspur after making his name with Lecce last season and the senior Denmark national team this week.
Dorgu joined Lecce from Nordsjaelland and quickly became a regular at left-back in the 2023-24 season, making 34 appearances in all competitions and scoring two goals, and has attracted interest from Serie A giants Juventus and AC Milan.
However, Juve and Milan have had to put their plans to sign Dorku on hold, with Lecce valuing the 19-year-old left-back at €30-35m, despite only having proven himself in the first team for a year.
The left-back, who turns 20 on October 26, is half-Nigerian, half-Swedish and was born in Denmark and has represented Denmark at Under-18 level since, UFABET breaking through to the Under-21s last year.
Dorgu, who was call up to the senior Denmark squad in September, made his debut as a substitute in the 81st minute and scored with his first touch just 42 seconds after stepping foot on the pitch to help Denmark beat Switzerland 2-0 on Thursday.
